Was in the area as I had to renew my driving licence at the NDLS centre in Leopardstown. After a minor hassle as I didn't have the correct papers I wondered around the place and discovered Ballance. Decided to treat myself to a blow dry. Glad I did. My fine shoulder length hair is hanging beautifully and has a nice shine. Nice atmosphere and good service. Would go back if I lived nearer. I give 3 stars for likelihood of rebooking rather than 5 as I can't see that I would have any need to go to leopardstown again as I live close to the south side of the city and have lots of hairdressers/facilities there.
I have been here twice, and I can say beyond doubt that Gina and Helen knew how to cut and treat my hair. As a septuagenarian my hair needed a little extra shaping, and the Ballance staff knew exactly how to do it.
Great atmosphere and professional standards in the salon, definitely would recommend to all.

Got my highlights done and full set of gels and I'm delighted with both defo be back again :)
